He has trained literally hundreds of Business Managers and Finance Directors during his tenures as Vice President/Director of Finance of Boch Toyota and as Corporate Finance Director of International Cars, Ltd and of The Herb Chambers Companies where he oversaw F&I operations for 44 automobile dealerships in multiple states. A big believer in menu selling Mr. Shnayder is a master of building value in the products being sold thus reducing dealerships' reliance on finance reserve as their primary back end profit center dramatically reducing chargebacks and improving CSI scores. Born in Moscow he grew up in Brookline, Massachusetts, was educated at Brandeis University, speaks 3 languages and is the proud father of two boys.
